I work with individuals and couples who want deep healing and growth, not just symptom management. My clients often find themselves repeating patterns of behaviour, feelings or relationships that they can’t seem to shift. I know how it feels to see no way out, and I am deeply passionate about walking alongside you in processing the emotions and trauma that are constraining your life, making it difficult to feel free.

I have a particular interest in developmental trauma and neglect, family estrangement, body image/dysmorphia, abortion, relationships, sex, and children of Deaf adults. I am a firm believer that within you exists the innate capacity to heal, and it is my role to co-create with you the context for this healing to occur.

I am Registered Clinical Counsellor, having completed my Masters Degree at Simon Fraser University. I have completed additional training in trauma therapy and yoga. The body and our emotions hold wisdom and, try as we might, we can’t think our way out of our feelings. My hope is that together, we can explore and understand them, release them, and create space for something new.
